Absolutely! Life coaching is for anyone and everyone.  Whatever you are facing, at any stage in life, coaching is there to help you along the way. 

My focus is on health and wellbeing. I want everyone to live, happy, healthy, successful lives. I am here to help you keep on track with fitness goals, nutrition goals, motivation, organization, and overall happiness in everyday life! I recently added on grieving after a loss of a pet. This is something I have personally gone through a lot and I think it is so important to have someone there to listen to you and help you through the process. 

The majority of my sessions are online. We can meet anywhere anytime by chat, email, phone, or video chat.  If you are close to my area, I am happy to meet in person!
